Our Team:

Jessica Franses: Jessica is from a fourth generation art dealing family background. Her family are highly regarded specialists in their field, having run a prestigious gallery in London for 40 years. Jessica has created a brokerage that harnesses the talents of specialists and experts and works alongside gallerists and auction houses. She has won an Acquisition International award: Influential Businesswoman Award for Fine Art Brokerage MD of the Year 2024 (UK). She is also an award winning art lawyer, known at the Bar as a junior in the field of art law with a specialism in art transactions and due diligence.

Malcolm Taylor: Malcolm is a commercial law expert with over 30 years in a professional career at a top International law firm conducting high value deals. Malcolm is currently a mediator of general commercial and art related disputes. Malcolm has a passion for art and has collected art over many years and once owned and run a Contemporary art gallery in London. As a director of Vitruvian, he provides strategic consultancy, runs business administration and has oversight of the more complex deals Vitruvian is engaged in, involving institutions, trusts and multi-parties.

Josh Knodl: Josh is an art consultant and broker specializing in major works with a fine arts background. He has extensive project management experience in the corporate art sector working on luxury projects in the Middle East. He designs art, commissions art and proposes the works for these projects through his own consultancy business. On the brokerage side, Josh is often tasked to source high value artworks and unique secondary market blue-chip works and this is where he comes under the Vitruvian banner and works as part of our consultancy team on joint projects.
